Hello my name is Paul I am originally from Northern Ireland and I moved over to London in 2016. I started off as a guide on the open top buses and enjoyed that for 5 years then in 2019 I started my professional guiding course and completed that in 2021 so I am a fully licenced guide here in London. I studied archaeology and ancient history at university and have always had a passion for history ever since I was young. My main interests are medieval London which includes everything from the Norman’s up to the Tudors. I however enjoy giving a wide range of tours from Art to Rock and Roll, Architecture and World War Histories.

My area of expertise lies in planning trips that suit guests individual interests and adapting them so they get the most out of their stay. Some people like to focus on one area for a morning and then a completely different area in the afternoon. So it is helpful to know how to best utilise the local transport. I can advise on great restaurants and pubs for dining all across the city and let you know if it’s somewhere you would need to book in advance or can simply walk in.

Sometimes less is more and this phrase works in two ways. Sometimes travellers want to see lots of locations and get a sense of the city they are in and some travellers like to see fewer places but in greater detail so whichever style of traveller you are I can help plan an itinerary that would suit your needs!!
