Florence, Siena +1

Hi. My name is Michele, I was born in Naples, the city of pizza, and I used to work as a bartender. After working in cocktail bars and 5-star hotels in Tuscany, I fell in love with Florence and decided to capitalize on my passion for history, art, languages, foreign cultures, and above all, my passion for creating human connections. I then became a professional tour guide. I now work primarily in Florence, Tuscany, and occasionally in Naples. I love creating personalized and unique experiences to share with my guests. What are you waiting for? If you're looking for a friend, a consultant, and an experienced guide to help you plan your trip to Italy... here I am! It will be a pleasure to plan together!

During this period I have taken people from all over the world to see the gorgeous landscapes in Tuscany and to visit the beautiful medieval cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Val D'orcia, Chianti, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. Visiting the historical buildings, the museums, squares and parks with so much history is a unique experience!

Hi there! I am Greta. I’m naturally curious and like to explore and understand new things, which is why I’ve studied in different areas such as philosophy, HR, yoga, communication, etc. I’d describe myself as passionate and straightforward. I love to connect with people, places, idea. I’m a problem solver and fully committed to finding solutions, even unconventional ones. I value clarity and simplicity. I used to guide groups across Italy, and over the past few years I’ve been based in Sicily, working as a licensed local guide. I design experiences tailored to each traveler, combining local insight with practical planning. If I don’t know something, I’ll tell you directly - and hen find the right answer!. In my free time, I’m drawn to slow, local experiences - walking through small villages, discovering hidden food spots, and talking to people who have a story to tell. I enjoy observing details that others might overlook, from daily life scenes to small cultural habits. I like simple, well-designed things.

👋 Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Francesca, I'm 28 years old and I live in a small town in the province of Ravenna. I speak English and French. 🎨 I'm an art expert because of my two degrees in Cultural Heritage and Visual Arts at the University of Bologna, where I've lived during my studies. This is the main city I chose to speak about in this platform because I've lived it with a student life's eyes (so pubs, restaurants, places to have fun, listen to some music, dance...) but also because I love art through that part of me too (museums, art galleries, history, traditions, culture...). ✈️ After University I've decided to take a break and I've moved to Canada where I've lived for more than one year, then I came back to become a Travel Designer thanks to a course in Milan. 🧳 This year I've also got the certification to be a Tour Leader with the goal to go with families, groups of friends or couples during their travels to show them more than they expect!

I moved from Mexico to Florence 30 years ago. The culture, history, cuisine, and lifestyle is what has kept me here! I love strolling the streets of my neighbourhood (Oltrarno), where Galileo was born, where the Mona Lisa lived, and where people love to live slowly! I love traveling, meeting new people, and sharing the best this city has to offer. I know Florence, sometimes, better than the Florentines themselves. Welcome to this Renaissance jewel!

Florence

I was born in Florence, I soon fell in love with history and I consumed a lot of historical novels, mixing curiosity for the past and a great hungering for adventures, then, as a teenager, I chose a grammar school, following my passion for the classical studies, and decided to become an archaeologist. I chose to graduate (and take a PhD) in Medieval Archaeology beacuse I discovered the charm of the material history, the fantastic feeling of building history with my own hands, so I joined many excavations in Italy – Amiata mountain (southern Tuscany), Florentine area, the castles of the Guidi family – and in Jordan, in the crusader castle of Shawbak. As an archaeologist, I've met people from all around the world and discovered that, another passion of mine was telling real life stories about the real people of the past. Thus I became a tour guide! I really enjoy the contact with people, even with younger kids, and I like to involve people and families in edutainment and real experiences, well trained by years of reenactment! Recently I also attended courses to organize and implement guided tours accessible to people with visual and motor impairment. Last, but not least, I have a great passion for photography (cameras and cellphones)

Hello, I’m Eleonora. I was born in Tuscany, just outside Florence, where growing up surrounded by history, shaped my curiosity and love for art. I studied Art History at the University of Florence, specializing in the Renaissance. I began guiding students early on, and it was there that I developed a passion for storytelling — because there is nothing more challenging than engaging teenagers and young adults. I later expanded my focus to the broader history of Italy, leading groups throughout the country, from Venice to Sicily. Eventually, I moved to Rome, where I now work as an expert tour guide, leading visits to the city’s most iconic sites, including the Vatican and the Colosseum, as well as off the beaten path, to some of its hidden gems. In my free time I love to drive around Italy to its myriad hilltop medieval towns, where each one is a new discovery, both architectural and natural and also, of course, culinary! Over the years, many travelers have asked me for advice and suggestions to help plan the rest of their itineraries. That is why I’m happy to connect with you even before your trip begins, sharing my insights and helping you make the most of your time in Italy.

Hello everyone, I’m Eleonora — a former globetrotter, licensed tour guide, and travel designer based in Rome. Traveling has always been my way of understanding the world, and over time I’ve turned this passion into my work: helping others experience places in a deeper, more meaningful way. Rome is a city I know and love, but I also know how overwhelming it can feel. Too often, travelers try to see everything in a rush, focusing only on the major highlights, and missing the true soul of cities they visit. This is why I’m here. I want to help you create a journey that feels like yours — one where you can explore the must-see highlights, but also slow down, breathe, and truly connect with what surrounds you. Whether it’s through hidden corners, local traditions, stories passed down through generations, or simply a glass of wine in the right place at the right time, I will design experiences that reflect your interests and your pace. My wish is for you to leave Italy not only with beautiful memories, but with a real sense of connection to its culture, its people, and its way of life. With me you, will be stress free!
